Dr. Isaac Kuzmar is a Colombian Physician and Surgeon; Specialist in Biological Anthropology of Health, Master in Biotechnology and Biomedicine from the University of Alicante, Spain; Master in Advanced Aesthetic and Laser Techniques from the Cardenal Herrera University of Valencia, Spain; Master in Clinical Nutrition from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, Spain; MBA-Master of Business Administration from the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, Spain; complementary courses in Nutrition and Chronic Diseases from Harvard University, USA; PhD in Health Sciences with Doctoral Thesis Cum Laude from the University of Alicante, Spain. Research experience in the area of Nutrition, Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases, Biotechnology and Artificial Intelligence; writer of books and guides on Telemedicine; author of several medical articles with emphasis on Nutrition; Editor and Reviewer of indexed scientific journals; scientific lecturer with medical registration and work experience of more than 25 years in the private and public health sector in Colombia, Spain, England, Sweden and Finland.
