The Process
  1. Book a call or contact us via social media. Get answers to all your questions. Talk to our expert to understand how we will approach your case and how we will help you achieve your goals.

  2. Choose a plan. Face-to-face or virtual (You pay on the payment platform). One-off or follow-up consultation. 1/3/6/12 month package: select any length of plan and pay at the clinic. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

  3. Download, fill in and send the forms.

  4. Medical Nutritional Assessment. On the day and time of the assigned appointment: we analyse in depth your health status, evaluate your medical and body composition history, eating habits, choices, culture and lifestyle. We make a medical-nutritional diagnosis. Your state of health will be explained in detail and all your doubts will be clarified.

  5. Setting goals. After analysing the data, goals aligned to your bio-individuality and lifestyle factors will be set. A focus on health, fitness and beauty to make you a lifestyle celebrity.

  6. Preparation of the diet report. Based on your food preference and specific goals, the doctor will work with you and review the quality of your personalised diet plan. At this stage, he/she will prescribe adjuvant and/or pharmacological treatment and formulate supplements and/or supplements (if necessary) along with the diet.

  7. Delivery of reports. After exhaustive examinations and established protocols; once approved, the body composition report and/or anthropometric data table, weekly diet report and medical prescription, if required, will be delivered to you immediately and/or by e-mail.

  8. Date of new appointment or control. Depending on the plan, a medical-nutritional control appointment will be scheduled to repeat the process from step 4.
